What's Included In The Sessions?

Each week we meet up in a Zoom room for a 2 hour session which focuses on:

• A short catchup on what we have achieved in the previous week
• Set your goals for the session so you can focus on 1-2 tasks
• We then go silent for the work session
• We finish up with sharing what we achieved and set our goals for the coming week

What Are The Benefits Of Joining?

• Having a scheduled 2 hour focused work session to get tasks done you are more likely to finish tasks and do more
• You are being held accountable for getting work done both during the session and between sessions so more likely to get things done. (Its hard to procrastinate when being held accountable!)
• Help from the group when you get stuck 
• Companionship and adult conversation!
